David Nathanson, CPA/CFE has over 40 years diversified experience in the public and private accounting sectors.  Nathanson was recently awarded the designation of "Certified Fraud Examiner" by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  His experience includes audit and management consulting services to both public and privately  held corporations.  He has served as chief financial officer and held other management positions in the real estate, construction, medical supplies and equipment industries, as well as serving as a finance officer in the United Stated Air Force.

David offers services that  include the reviewing of controls and systems to identify potential weaknesses; assisting in development of policies and procedures and a company code of ethics that will aid in fraud prevention; assistance with fraud prevention checklists; performing investigations of possible fraud and providing reports to management, insurance companies and the courts; investigating known frauds and assisting in determining the amount of damages incurred; and assisting attorneys in litigation matters.
